Forrest’s story begins as a young child who is mentally slow and has braces on his legs. He is a descendents and namesake of Nathan Bedford Forrest, confederate general and alleged founder of the Ku Klux Klan. His mother knows her chills is particularly intelligent but provides for him the best she can, inviting boarders into their large house, one of which is a young Elvis Presley who learns his famous hip gyrations from Forrest’s awkward attempts to dance in leg braces. |

Forrest got collage scholarship. Soon after that, he experienced some events. He meet President John F Kennedy, enlists in the army, injured in the war, practicing ping-pong and buying a shrimp boat. These conditions make him being a part with his love, Jenny. Meanwhile, Jenny slipped into drug abuse, relationship with abusive man, and prostitution. |

Climax |
Forrest proposed marriage to jenny. Jenny agree to marry. Unfortunately, Jenny leaves Forrest without saying anything. After discovering this, Forrest feels like going for run, but instead of returning home he continues. Forrest tried to looking for Jenny. He run across the country for three years, two months, fourteen days and sixteen hours. |

Anti – Climax |
Forrest met Jenny with a young boy named Forrest who is recognized as his son. They move into Greenbow, Alabama. Then, they got married at the time. Unfortunately, Jenny was death after that. |

Resolution |
Forrest lives happily with his son. They love each other. In one occasion, Forrest and his son are waiting for the school bus on little Forests first day of school. |
