Many people go through their life with out the inhibition to better themselves, to live by this statement, and to make the world a better place by doing so. “If a man empties his purse into his head, no man can take it away from him. An investment in knowledge always pays the best interest.” In my opinion this aphorism translates in to the fact that if you work very hard and educate yourself you will be so much ahead of anyone else that doesn’t have the desire to do this.

When you think about it education is the best type of payment. If you don’t see it my way then think of it this way. Say you are fixing a pipe for someone, but you have never fixed a pipe before. If you hire a plumber to do this for you then you will miss out on the opportunity to learn how to fix this pipe. What do you do? I myself would prefer education over a quick reward for doing something because knowledge lasts for ever and after things are said and done the person with that knowledge will always have an advantage over the one whom lives in the dark. However that is just the opinion of one person out of a world filled with billions of different and thought provoking ideas.
