Roman Empire is used to refer to the time period post Roman civilization during and after the rule of the first Emperor Augustus.

Roman history Empire about 500 year old had become weak due to several events taking place on the battle or off the battle.

About Roman Empire, Emperor was given tribune powers to rule and order the civil Government and the senate members.

Senate

Senate and its members in the Roman history Empire were having equal powers to that of the Emperor’s but still it acted mostly as a law stamp and was on the mercy of Emperor in many cases.

Religion

About Roman Empire religious faith, it was tolerant towards various religions and deities as long as it is not obstructing the rule. Different religions were accepted with faith in the Roman history Empire.

    A few points to keep in mind is that only Roman citizen’s could vote and only around 10% of the people living in Rome were Roman Citizens. Roman Citizents were paid to be citizens and did not work.

    In regard to religion, even though the Romans killed Jesus Christ, Christianity eventually became the in-religion and eventually Christianity became the defacto religion of the late Roman Empire.
