Slave Islands

The Caribbean islands, a slaves destination.

At one point, when slavery was the most profitable business to venture in, and when the black soul bestowed upon itself to use any force necessary to emancipate both the mind and the body off the shacks and bounds of chain, their came an argument, quite debatable, never proved, that the fighter for black liberation, Abraham Lincoln wished the slaves relocated to the slave islands (Caribbean) where they might be able to integrate freely. now to some point this seems compassionate, but in another context brings in the idea of incompatibility. that a freed black man however the constitution deems fit, cannot co-exist with a white “supremacist” democratic state. To some people this was a political gimmick meant to sway the ideologies of the black radicals who quite often opted for the Hegelian doctrine of struggle through violence, in summary who ever wishes for change, must fight for it at any cost. In his political might and both verbal and linguistic juggles, he psychologically fought the black mind from within. Feign concern and make them leave at their own will making thus doing away to a pest ridden country.

the idea of relocation of freed slaves was in itself an act of racism, as much as their was a few who sought to bring them back to Africa, and by Africa they were not taken home, but dumped in areas that appeared to be the hot points for slave trade. This in real sense was hectic, and economically straining, the “emancipators” had another option, why not relocate them in the untamed Caribbean islands which is more African like and at the same time closer to Europe. At no particular point will you be educated of the original inhibitors of the Caribbean islands. their arise a debate on the indigenous settlers the Arawak and the Spanish but it is never clear if at all the Arawak, the true indigenous tribe was indeed of African descent, by African I gently mean negro. The ideologies on slavery were inflicted as the whip inflicted scar marks on the backs of the slave backs, the concept of relocation to those who were relocated was twice painful as the whips remained to be, ever visible to the weakened eye scorched by the whiteness of the White’s white cotton plantations. Relocation meant separation from family and yet again movement from what they again adopted as their home. it meant that the black race did not have any mandate to request on what was to be of their own best interest. They were pawns in a game of chase. sold and pawned to the best interest of the bishop in a game of chess. From this angle, the question still burn whether the white abolitionist of slave trade had the best interest of the slave at heart. Was the great democratic soul of American history, acting on the interest of humanity or of the slave, for the humanity does not allow ownership thus if you are owned, then you are not human.
