The Obama Administration and Political Ideology

 When we evaluate President Obama’s true agenda it is inevitable that we are called upon to revisit the fundamental differences in American traditions, politically, economically, and socially and how these time honored principals are now under attack. It is imperative for us to analyze what this nation once accepted as self evident truth as opposed to what is now being thrust upon us by an overtly leftist and socialistically oriented administration that chooses to disavow and re-interpret our Constitution.

   
    With the recent resignation of Czar, Van Jones, we are compelled to take a close look at his ideological orientation. An avowed Muslim, a man who led a delegation of Muslim extremists who called for the recognition of the 9-11 tragedy as a mourning for Muslims through out the world who would suffer retribution at the hands of the US military as a result of retaliation for this heinous act of terrorism. Does this sound like sincere sympathy for the three thousand victims and their families?  Jones, who was appointed to his position, not elected, and given latitude to disburse some 30 billion in funds for causes he saw fit to enrich, is just one dangerous example of a hidden agenda being served up by just one of thirty hand picked czars of Obama’s administration. These administrators of very questionable ethics and political orientation are in charge of orchestrating a new America in accordance with the President’s suspect causes.

    Karl Marx is the father of socialism with his doctrine of social equality based upon a government controlled state that allowed for no individual ownership of property. This he rationalized would insure equanimity among the populace of a nation so there would be no favoritism or rich ruling class. Supposedly this would translate into an equal distribution of wealth among all inhabitants of a society. This ideology is the fundamental basis for every communist regime on the face of the earth since Marxism began. Let’s take a historic overview of how governments have interpreted this political template and forced it upon their people.

    Joseph Stalin ran a ruthless campaign of mass executions to defeat his political rivals once he was able to capitalize upon Lenin’s Bolshevik Revolution which toppled decades of the czarist family’s rule. Prior to World War II, Stalin ordered the savage liquidation of millions of civilians that he determined were opposed to his Marxist doctrine. Even as Hitler’s German army rolled into Eastern Russia, Stalin had already carried out a murderous campaign against many of his most experienced senior officers and generals, worried that they would conduct a coup against his oppressive rule. Soviet rule had been so devastatingly harsh that Stalin’s government had been forced to reach out to the west for the expertise in building hydroelectric dams in the 1920’s that did not exist in his regime in order to establish much needed infrastructure. The west gladly responded with aid in a naïve hope that the Russian government would respect human rights and open diplomatic ties with the west, but as soon as the dam projects were completed, the Iron Curtain of separatism once again cast its foreboding shadow across eastern Europe.

    It is clearly evident when we appraise the effectiveness of iron fisted Soviet rule in Russia that the government valued little the sacrifice and poverty of its peasants (citizens) in favor of building a massive military machine capable of crushing any civilian revolt and imploring people to spy upon one another. Even so, satellite countries, Hungary and Czechoslovakia attempted rebellion in the late 1950’s in desperation to attain the sovereignty and economic prosperity enjoyed by their neighboring Western European counterparts. These courageous people paid a terrible price in their desperate gamble to attain some semblance of financial stability and political fairness as Russian tanks rolled down their streets.

    Mao plunged post World War II China into a bloody agricultural revolution that insured millions of Asians would suffer oppression and taste the of the bitter repercussions of communism. A war torn country of vast resources would go untapped, poorly managed, and terrorized into submission, as education was sacrificed for the political diatribe of Marxist propaganda. Children, indoctrinated by Mao’s political ideology, turned in their mothers and fathers for showing disapproval of the new Red Chinese political system. A huge nation of farmers and small business operators were doomed to languish under harsh rule, and the squandering of much needed resources and infrastructure to feed millions. The nation’s resources went to fund a military build up. Why? Because no Communist regime has historically demonstrated any competence at free enterprise, resource management sufficient to accommodate their populations, nor have they shown respect for human rights.

    Only the privileged few of the ruling class are ever allowed to enjoy any reasonable luxuries at all as individual ambition and innovation are stifled by harsh government intervention. Yet, quite contrarily, these are the very injustices that allowed Marxist inspired rebellion to overthrow the previous system of rule to begin with. This is the lesson of failure as exhibited in every society that has practiced a socialistic government, including North Korea.

    It is interesting to note that in post World War II Germany as the western side recovered and rebuilt after the devastation of Hitler’s failed aggression, Eastern Bloc Germany faltered. Merely constructing mock remodeled buildings that appeared restored on the side that faced the Berlin Wall, but remaining damaged and uninhabitable, this deception clearly demonstrated the inability of socialism to compete with the free market of liberated Europe. 

    Let us examine America as it exists today and what Obama’s personal agenda seems to indicate. Just as Karl Marx stated in his Communist Manifesto that two of his ten planks of western civilization failure would be taxation without representation and over regulation as these two misapplications of power would stifle economic growth and development. Marx believed that these two aspects of his doctrine would lead to the predicted subsequent adoption of socialistic doctrine by the capitalistic governments of America and Europe. Are these not the very symptoms of legislative failure already inherent in the Obama administration’s policies which are leading this nation down that very road as we speak?

    Nationalizing the banking system with a costly bailout that will penalize tax payers for generations to come, the hiring of some six hundred thousand new federal employees to further enlarge government and increase spending, the bail out of two of the big three American auto makers, as well as further planned economic stimulus, not to mention the proposed government health care plan, are these not the very practices of socialistic government? Looking at the financial failure and poor safety record of Amtrak, looking at the collapse of government healthcare in Canada and Britain, do we not already have more than enough evidence that big government should stay out of managing businesses that the private sector can more effectively run? In free enterprise it is a matter of sink or swim. He who manages his revenues and expenditures responsibly will live to do business another day, but government run industries have no incentive to be profitable because they are not accountable to share holders and therefore, do not have to rely upon sound business practices to survive. In fact, it is against the basic premise of keeping government personnel employed to run operations cost effectively. If government run industry had to operate competitively, it would mean less employees, more accountability, and controls on spending, the very thing big government seems to be incapable of doing. Yet, Obama’s administration has continued to strengthen central government and make citizens more dependent upon it with a succession of speedily enacted bills.

    To sum up this article, I must make a well documented conclusion according to recent events. In the absence of a federal government that acknowledges the very guidelines of our Constitution and despite the warnings of our forefathers about the danger to the Republic of an out of control big government, America is under attack. The United States was never intended to be a welfare state, but just look at the legislation that enrages millions of Americans to attend Tea Parties across the nation and express outrage in town hall meetings. As Democratic leaders attempt to ignore opposition and attribute it to a minority of conspirators just as our supposed free press attempts to ignore coverage of significant events and the implications of a majority of disapproving voters, still Obama seeks to implant his agenda of pro-socialist and pro-Muslim policy.

    Only a man with a gigantic bone to pick with the American political system as well as the middle class of this country would be so bold as to force feed the people of this nation with a brand of hastily enacted leftist change that it has never seen before. Constantly urging Americans to accept a health care bill that neither he or any other politician on Capitol Hill would insure their very own families with as well as  without providing a clear explanation of this weighty document to the people is a deceptive political maneuver that can only spell trouble. Barrack Obama has had a long and hateful political indoctrination from his irresponsible father to his church pastor. His friends and affiliations with such people as former domestic terrorist, William Ayers, as well as his apologies for American actions abroad to various leftist leaders the world over demonstrates a purely unpatriotic and arrogant attitude toward his very own nation and countrymen.

    The enacted and proposed policies of his Democratic administration firmly echo his commitment to destroy the traditional values of America, One Nation Under God. The transparency that Obama promises is tragically laughable as we see that his academic records are locked down, his birth certificate remains sequestered from public view, and his associations with those who are politically at odds with the American way of life continue to emanate as areas of grave concern. If anyone should possess an exact ideology that resonates with the Republic of the United States of America it should be the president of this nation, and he refuses to meet that all important requirement. 

    Wake up people, our nation needs new leadership!
