Twentieth Century in Numbers
Hiscorical facts and numbers of the 20th Century.
On-the-century (though we are not used, the last century is the century) English Time magazine conducted a study, supported by surveys and reviews of various publications worldwide, with the aim to summarize the past 100 years human development, tempered by a troubled atmosphere of wars, scientific discoveries, technological development and new diseases. Time has not sought to prioritize its discretion, but has been limited to expressing the various discrepancies regarding this issue have been woven. For this study surveyed 1245 persons, we reviewed more than 456 articles and processed around 841 databases across the globe in order to obtain greater clarity and accuracy in the results. The list of personalities, facts and events that appear in these lists are subject to different criteria, usually specialists, which does not mean that they are the absolute truth.
