With the governor of Wisconsin stripping people, organizations of many negotiation rights we are now seeing a certain section, of people trying to compare this to , what Martin Luther King was supporting in Memphis, at the time he was killed. He was in the city supporting the city sanitation workers. Where a great majority was African Americans working for less than average pay?
Now, it him that the unions and leaders in Wisconsin is trying to use to seek sympathy for the governor stripping their power away in bargaining. But, in this process, of getting sympathy, by comparing this problem to the Memphis sanitation workers we must also address that within this mixture, of protesters are people that don’t even won’t a Martin Luther King holiday to be a national recognized celebration.
Now, I admit I wouldn’t want anyone that have rights to have them stripped away under lies and misinformation the way the Republican Brigade has done in the state, of Wisconsin has done them people. But listen to the complainers that are the ones that supported thee folks getting elected to the office. They told he people what ways they could tackle the budget and many thought it would hit the poor without affecting them too. Notice many was crying about Obama policies and now you barely hear any state governor crying about the president now when they have problems that wasn’t even created state wise, by him or the president before him.
We seeing that when you truly open your eyes to truth that the best manipulator called a politician got the best of the people that voted for them. I also must address that when President Johnson passed the Civil Right Act in 1964 many people trying to use the bill in their rights, as unions own family members living during that time probably couldn’t stand King or the bill becoming law.
It’s like what we don’t see good, at the time might be great later on down the line which we see with the Civil Right Act that goes beyond many levels than just one level. It never was about rights for one color or race but for the people. Many , who has gained many things simply because it was passed.
Whether this act will help the people in Wisconsin, who knows? Because judges and courts and politicians have never truly been for the people except when it’s voting time.
