Now is all we really have, we take it with us into tommorow; it always becomes yesterday and never returns again. We are always in the present, though with our minds we may leap ahead to the cares of tommorow, and fall back into the regrets of of the past. A stable mind can stay in the present, and see tommorow and yesterday for what they are; things we cannot change or control. We are our present though others would bind us to our past, or predict what we will be tommorow.

           I like the note President Reagan left on his desk to his successor “Don’t let the bastards get to you.”
