What Makes Obama a Good Leader?

All outstanding qualities if you ask me.

Barack Obama has paid a heavy price to the person he is today. Because he has shared both his books and his many interviews, he grew up in a house without a father, often separated from their mother for a long time. Little or no contact, it was hard for him to be approached by whom his father had. Every leader I’ve coached, it is necessary, at some level, to impress his father, or to compensate for the shortcomings of his father. This provides a run.

He is of mixed race, not easily to the U.S. to reconcile, especially as a teenager, and they often feel the despair and humiliation. Obama has said that as a young man, he has a deeper commitment and motivation to help people had when he noticed his mother’s insurance company will not pay for his cancer treatment. Experiences like these can profoundly affect a person than it is to him. Today he is passionate about improving the welfare of all Americans. He never makes excuses, choosing instead the building blocks of unfortunate circumstances and opportunities to use float.

His perseverance to learn, willingness to grow, and his deep desire for public service, regardless of cost, to confirm his desire to become a leader affects the whole nation. How strong is he and he believed he was the first black president of the United States be? He had a role model for her inspiration? Yes, there were many, Martin Luther King, Jr., for example, and his own family, the grandmother, who became the vice-president of the bank, something unheard of for a woman at that time. Obama had the “impossible” happens. During his leadership, focus and dedication he has defied all odds and become the inspiration of the world.

Obama tells us that we are responsible for their own lives. It is important that Obama will continue to inform us on this important subject, so we can stop complaining and blaming others and start to get more responsibility for their own lives. Only then can we become a part of the solution to this great country.
