Wisdom vs.. Foolishness
Not all who profess to be wise really are, so weigh their words carefully. Be narrow minded enough not to heed the wagging tongues of foolishness.
There are some people who get upset that others are “narrow minded”. I however have a few things to say about this. I say people should keep an open mind, yes but NOT so open that their brain falls out. Keep an open mind willing to learn, willing to seek, but also use discernment as well.
God gave us a mind for a purpose, and we were created to think rationally and logically.
Do not be afraid to ask questions, or seek, or think critically, these are healthy. That said though, you should guard your mind, seek out wise counsel, not foolish. I know I said in an earlier article I was going to take a break, but I felt the need to write this commentary.
Not all who profess to be wise really are, so weigh their words carefully. Be narrow minded enough not to heed the wagging tongues of foolishness. Sometimes, being TOO open minded can cause someone to be turned into a fool, why? Because they who follow after fools fall into the pit with the same.

Great post. I totally agree with what you said about being open-minded but not too much.
