10 Things to Do Before the New Year

by Josh Nathan in Holidays, December 28, 2008

A list of 10 things I would like to do before the new year comes, and I think people could do them with a week to go before 2009.

  1. NO new year resolutions. Don’t start your new year with false promises or a burden on your head.

  2. Meet an old pal of yours you’ve always wanted to see again but couldn’t due to work obligations. Sit down, have a drink, remember the old good times & enjoy.

  3. Do something good for the society . Help a needy with food, or presents for a poor child or a homeless old woman .Try bringing a smile on a face which does not get much of it.

  4. Get drunk at least once before the new year at a party. Booze is one amazing thing.

  5. Let all your beloved people know that you love them. Feeling loved is more than what anyone can ever ask for . Its overwhelming.

  6. This one is for men-Try and cook for your sweetheart. Cooking can be very enjoyable. Its just that most men don’t just want to give it a shot. Try it once and your partner will love it too.

  7. Order pizza on new year’s eve and see if it gets delivered within 30 minutes. I tried it last new year’s eve and got it for free!

  8. Sit down and analyze all your mistakes committed during the year. If you learn anything from them, keep it in mind for the next year. Don’t repent. Mistakes make a man perfect!

  9. Close your eyes and think of one thing you really wanted to do for yourself. If possible do it, else keep it in mind to accomplish in the next year

  10. Have a blast, It’s another year gone, you are more experienced and wiser a man than last year and you have another beautiful year waiting for you!! go unleash yourself!!!
