10 Things to Do on St. Patrick’s Day
by St. Patrick’s Day is an enjoyable holiday that can be celebrated by one and all. You don’t have to be Irish to have a good time.
- Paint the town green. Go ahead and party down. Green beer anyone?
- Find the pot of gold. Gold prices are way up. Now is your chance to strike it rich. Just follow the rainbow and turn right on Elves Street.
- Give your friend a shamrock. Wear a green hat and bow tie.
- Go to an Irish pub and sing the night away. Just don’t dance a jig after five beers. You just might land on the lap of an unfriendly lass who will drop you on your…
- It’s time to wear that green shirt that no one can stand. Hey, it’s only good to wear for this time of year.
- Invite Stewie over for some Irish stew. It’s always nice to have a Family Guy come over to your house.
- Have a green bagel. Just make sure that the bagel has food coloring and does not have green mold instead.
- Pretend that you are Michael Flatley and show what it means to be Lord of the Dance
- Have breakfast with Lucky Charm
- Sing a duet with Kermit the Frog, “It’s Not Easy Being Green.”

Had a co-worker once who brought green bagels to work evey St. Patrick’s day. I never tried one, though.
PS – He moved to Ireland. True story!
