Violence continues in the city of Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, and the first victim of organized crime in this 2012 was a boy of 23 years.
The young executive was found in the streets of the Santa Fe, he was handcuffed and showed signs of torture and had a bullet in the head, authorities confirmed.
Elements of the State Investigation Agency began the investigations on the site.
The young man dressed in black shirt, jeans and cowboy boots. The corpse was found a card with a narcomensaje, where a criminal group wanted to “ Happy New Year 2012 Lion. “
Forensic Medical Service personnel lifted the corpse and took him to University Hospital Amphitheater.
