Carols by Candle Light – Fireworks Display
by Fireworks at Elders Park in Adelaide.
About 30000 people gathered at Elders park in Adelaide for Carols by Candle Light, an evening of great music, carols and entertainment. The crowd included babies, children, teenagers, adults and grandparents! Some had even travelled a few hundred kilometres to get there.
The event was held on the seventeenth of December, 2011. Although there were rains in the morning, it cleared and the weather by the evening was fantastic!
The highlight of the evening is definitely the grand finale – a brilliant fireworks display on the banks of the River Torrens.
