Charice TV Special

Charice once again prove her being an “International Star” in her own country singing infront of her fellow Filipino’s and to all millions watching at home in the Philippines.The said TV special topped the primetime ratings with a huge 24% share of the audience for GMA-7 compared to rival network ABS-CBN’s 14.9% share  for it’s program “Star Power: Sharon’s Search for the Next Pop Superstar.” The said data was based from AGB Nielsen TV Audience Measurement dated February 13, 2011.

Based from my previous article Charice Pempengco – Road to Stardom , Charice started to sing at the age of 7 by joining amateur singing contest in their village during fiesta till she joins the singing contest on TV. Unfortunately Charice didn’t win the title but due to our advance technology, Charice talent in singing spread-like virus via youtube.com. Her biggest international break in singing is the song “Pyramid” featuring Iyaz.

“Charice Home for Valentine” is her first concert on TV which was made possible by GMA Network (a local television network in the Philippines) in line with the celebration of Valentine’s Day. Charice sang 13 songs and was joined by Philippines top performer singer Elmo Magalona, Rachelle Ann Go, Michael V. and Ogie Alcasid as requested by her.
