		<description>While separation of church is a great thing, And not to be taken lightly, kids pick up a wealth of info from their friends, and their own observations. Religion is probably the one thing that should NOT be presented in a one-size-fits-all style the way algebra, biology, and wood-shop are. So agreeing that schools should not teach it is one thing.

But keeping religion OUT of schools is ridiculous. Disallowing mangers, or menorah, or Christmas trees out of political correctness is a self defeating practice. Religion is present in the schools, and ignoring it the way sex is ignored presents opportunities for ignorance to dictate chance.

By the way, don&#039;t take this wrong, but your title was misleading, I was expecting an entirely different argument over here. ;-)
