Cut Christmas Shopping, Buy Online

The many perks of Christmas shopping over the net.

The frenzy of Christmas shopping starts this month, whether traditionally starting the day after Thanksgiving or sneaky sales the week before, the bells will soon be ringing in you area. Christmas shopping is a great way to enjoy the season and see some of the great things the season brings, but truly, who doesnt get a little tired of it after the first week or two?

Christmas entails head starts, long lines and the research to find who has the best deals, not to mention who wants what, is this a better gift? and lets not even think yet about charities who want more money everytime you need groceries. Why should you feel bad about giving only once or twice? We love the holidays right, and every year arent we reminded of both the good and bad of the holidays? Enter the net…Yes, The Internet.

Online shopping has grown to incredible proportions, with most businesses offering as much service online as any store, and popular stores such as Wal Mart, Blockbuster and many others only accept apllications for employment online! The internet typically offers many more search options but any time saved will just be used on some other site, but when it come to Christmas shopping, the net is where its at! Shopping online will save time, effort, and money in some cases. Any item you can find at a store is online, the purchasing options multiply as you can buy from stores that your area may not even have,or even from out of country and most items will be shipped to your door!

Christmas shopping is a great thing and I would not suggest to totally block it out, but you will get some of the spirit each time you leave your home, if you would rather spend some of that time enjoying the best parts of Christmas, like spending time with family, enjoying those holiday recipes or just being reminded of those Christmas tunes and Classic movies, check out the online counterpart to your favorite store and enjoy your holidays a little more this year.

    I agree and disagree.
Christmas is all about Family and friends, and it is good to take extra time for the two. I think we all know the real reason Christmas comes once a year. No, it’s not gifts either.
Online shopping has to be WAY less of a hustle, but it seems to me that getting out in that crowd of shoppers and the hustle and bustle of things is apart of the holiday in it’s own way.

Well i will say it was well written and From reading it if i didn’t know better i would guess you were a man LOL. I bet you have a fake tree. I agree that people make this holiday so much more stressfull then it needs to be it’s about family and giving. Personaly i do my shopping early so i can enjoy but if people would realise they need to stop putting so much value on “things” then we could enjoy with out such headache I love to take my time and find something that i know is going to put a smile on someone’s face when they see it I put all my thought into a present more people should do that instead of making it a compition.

Like the fact that you push neither the online shopping or the tradition of going to the mall, driving around in circles looking for a parking spot (even if it is 5 miles from the mall and the weather is a blizzard and -20 degrees) and then dealing with the throngs of people there to do the same thing you are! lol I have done shopping already and it has been done online. Like you said, the internet is just flat out more convenient and you can shop at any hour of the day! I think a bit of both (online and the misery of a mall or store) is the best of both worlds while still allowing you to enjoy your family, friends and traditions carried on from generation to generation. Well done!
