Dragon Galore

2012 is the Year of the Water Dragon according to Chinese Lunar Calendar.

As we enter into the Lunar New Year, we are all excited. It is the year of the water dragon.

Dragon can be seen all over the place. Recently a bigger than life size dragon was found in our community park.

The above dragon was taller than the basket ball net and as you can see from the background probably as tall as a two storey house. This was inflated in preparation for either a wedding or some kind of festive function.

You could also see some dragon decorations in the mall. Here is one:

Dragon has always been the most powerful symbol in Chinese history. Many wish to have dragon babies, that is why babies born on the year of the dragon is much more compare to other years.
