Five Tips to Save Money on Christmas

1. Don’t charge it! Only buy things you have the money for. If you don’t have it, you shouldn’t spend it!

2. One gift per person, with the exception of your children. You know they can’t be happy with just one!

3. Don’t try to impress people. Buy practical gifts.

4. Try not to give to every single person you’ve ever known. If you haven’t spoken to them all year then you don’t need to get them a gift.

5. Set yourself a price range limit for each gift. Make a plan before you go shopping. The signs with all the bells and whistles can really distract you when you’re out. Stick to the plan. If it wasn’t on the list, then you probably don’t need it.
