Like the Christmas tree comes from the pagans, during the winter they would show their love of nature by adopting a tree during the winter months, and there in lies the origins of the Christmas tree, most people don’t know why they have a Christmas tree but they like to keep the tradition.
25 of December is the shortest day of the year and basically the birth of the sun. The Pagans and Norwegians celebrated this event every year. So why is Christmas regarded as a christian holiday, well the Catholic church gradually adopted these traditions into the church, and now one million people world wide celebrate Christmas every year.
