Halloween, The Deadliest Holliday of The Year

Some people enjoy Halloween, little do they know it is an imminent death trap.

Halloween is Celtic. And like all things Celtic, its dangerous. Halloween originated in an area where people lived. These people that lived in that area were called Celts, things that came from where they live are Celtic, like Halloween. Many, many moons ago, the ancient Celts held massive sacred bonfires. These bonfires where to commemorate the harvest and the new year that started in November for them. They sacrificed crops and animals in the fire. They sacrificed the crops and animals to commemorate the new year and the harvest. During these rituals for the harvest the Celts wore costumes made out of animals, these costumes are believed to be the origin of the costumes you commonly see people wearing today on the holiday of Halloween. Over the years these customs have spread. These customs have spread, namely, to other places. These other places also have people, people that now celebrate Halloween.
In Mexico, the people of Mexico celebrate Halloween in a different fashion. If we had a name for the Holiday of Halloween in Mexico, it would be, Halloween. But we don’t. The Spanish word in Mexico for Halloween is, El Día de los Muertos. El Día de los Muertos is Spanish. Spanish is the language that they speak in Mexico. The Mexican citizens commemorate dead people instead of trying to mooch some free candy of unsuspecting adults, that don’t have anything better to do than pass out candy to a bunch of useless kids.
Today we face many problems when trying to celebrate Halloween. One problem we face is the possibility of needles and knifes, in our candy. If swallowed, a knife could possibly cut parts of your body, this would probably not be good or healthy for your body if you swallow a knife, in fact this could prove to be fatal if not treated properly. Another problem we face is poisoned candy that can make us sick because poison is bad for your stomach. Many years ago, assassins, used poison to try and kill emperors and rulers. These said emperors, had subjects taste the food first to taste poison so the ruler wouldn’t eat the food if it was poisoned. Personally, I have never met an actual person that swallowed a knife hidden in a Reese’s peanut butter cup or a snickers but I’m certain that people swallow knifes hidden in candy all the time. Back in the days when everything was perfect, deadly candy was not a threat to the human race, but in todays dog-eat-dog, work-a-day world, of scientists, diplomats, McSalad Shakers, and Barack Obama, we no longer have access to these solutions.
Halloween should not be celebrated because people will continue to swallow knifes and poison until someone can find a solution to this terrible, bugaboo, we should cancel all Halloween merrymaking. Anyway, could you imagine continuing to celebrate a holiday where people end up eating razor blades? Needless to say, if this continues everyone is going to die.
