Holiday Dinners and Funny Family Members
by The Holidays are a time that bring together family and friends. It is also a time for fun and laughter. Do you recognize any of these people?
The Holidays can bring out the best in some people and the worst in others. The family holiday dinner is one of those events that brings together the most colorful of family members and friends. Does any of the following characters remind you of your family members?
1. The comedian. All of his jokes are hysterically funny…… to him. (but not to anyone else)
2. The person that insists on bringing a dish for the holiday dinner, but can’t really cook. (The chicken that tastes like wood)
3. The person that drinks too much alcohol and insults everyone.
4. The person that brings a new girlfriend or boyfriend to dinner every year. (you just got the hang of the last ones name)
5. The female relative that wears the most unflattering clothes(too short, too tight, too youthful etc….. need I say more).
6. The family member that’s always on a diet.(Mainly a See-Food diet). Just devouring everything in sight.
7. The person that brags about all of his possessions. But needs to borrow $20 to get gas for his car.
8. The family member that’s too nosey and doesn’t know how to draw the line when asking personal questions.
What would the holidays be like without the cast of characters we call family and friends? It would be pretty boring. So enjoy the people in your life, take the good with the bad.
