Make Patriotic Garlands and Banners for the Fourth of July

Cut long rectangles of paper from red and white striped paper (or blue star designs), then fold fan-style. Sew the strip in the middle, then fold the middle a few times either way before bending the top and bottom of each side of the strip to they meet and form a circle. Sew or glue in place, then string these patriotic fans together.
