New Year’s Resolution
Actually trying to stick to your resolution.
This year try harder to stick to your resolution. Do not be derailed by temptation, or influenced by others. Many people give up way to quick whether they are trying to quit smoking, or losing the extra pounds they do not want anymore. If you find yourself tempted, acknowledge it, and immediately find something else to keep you busy. Try walking, reading a book, even going to a movie, and if you are feeling frisky, well, sex is good exercise too. It is not easy I know, but you can do it. You just have to tell yourself, NO! I am going to stick to my resolution. Remember we all have inner strength tap into that and you will be fine.
