Prepare to Halloween

Do halloween more funny by following these great tips…

1st: The most important: Go to a field and pick up some pumpkin or just buy them from a vegetable store. Cut them to make Jack O’ Lanterns and place for your door. One is not enough :) Make at least 2 or 3 to make your house more spooky in dark. Don’t forget the candle and tinderbox.

2nd: Buy or plan yourself a great costume, paint red stripes to imitate blood. Let’s look like a shadow that don’t leave people sleep at night;)

3rd: Draw some drawings or make paintings of anything connecting Halloween, glue them to your door directly. Place some lights in the near to make them more visible in dark. Light source is very important.

Jack O’ Lantern trivia

Story of its name: The Jack o’ Lantern has been given its name of a gambling drunken farmer, Jack. He asked and trapped devil with one target: to “skip” hell with all of its pains and go to heaven. The devil gave him a piece of coal and Jack placed it into a carrot, but in the USA this was changed by pumpkin. It gives much more light. The soul of Jack searches its place forever at the lantern.

About Trick or Treat

What to do? Put a good costume on and light candle. Bring a dish, box or something if you want to receive gifts. Don’t go alone! Ask your friends to participate trick or treating. Have idea to do “spooky event” if someone chooses trick. Wear a black hood or a wizard hat on your head, and put a cape on. You could get a staff from a nearby forest and place a candle to top or a pumpkin or something strange.

Hope this helped making your Halloween more funny in 2009. Written by Dark Antirex.

I love this! I’m the only one interested in decorating this year (besides one pumpkin to show that we’re celebrating), so this will really help! It’s funny, I had a nightmare last night that I missed Halloween mostly because I didn’t know what to wear. Do you have any other tips or suggestions for a good costume?
