Thanks for Not Giving

Turkey, stuffing, but can’t feed all that are suffering

Mashed potatoes, and bowls of gravy, genocide and slavery

casseroles, pumpkin pies, try to have an appetite when you look into a starving childs eyes

we feast, while they struggle, I’m not the only one who thinks this is why america’s in trouble

We stuff ourselves then cover ourselves in their blankets

they pray for a bowl of rice, while we gorge ourselves on turkey thighs!
