The Candle: Reflects and Energizes Our Inner Spirits

Hello everyone, I wanted to share with you the importance of candles to our lives if you believe so.

 CHRISTMAS CANDLE

Whenever occasions we can light candles every time we want, but since Christmas is coming this is a great idea to light up candles during Christmas dinner with your family, loves ones and feel the meaning of it to your life.

A Candle is a great tool to help us focus because fire is connected to spirit. When we think on a spiritual level, we think a faster rate of vibration. This rate of vibration has an effect on the energy that our thought is comprised of. In order to bring anything into form we must focus. The more intense we are able to to focus the more quickly we will be successful.

You may try This.

”Place a candle on an uncluttered surface at a distance that is comfortable to you. Light the Candle, focus on the flame and only the flame and nothing but the flame. Think “flame”. When you become distracted and other thoughts enter your mind, immediately force your mind back on the flame. Keep looking at the candle. This is your point of focus. Repeat the word “flame” in your mind to help you focus. Every time you do this exercise you are increasing your ability to isolate a thought. You are clearing your mind with chaos. You are strengthening your focus and you energizes your inner soul. At first, do this exercise for three minutes. Set a timer if necessary. The longer you can keep your mind on the candle, the stronger your ability to focus will become.”

Don’t get discouraged. With that exercise, we are beginning to learn how to think with the mind and not the brain. The mind is the spiritual part of us. It is not affected by emotions and sensations. At first this exercise may seem difficult. In time it will become easier and then you find it pleasurable. Your mind will enjoy the harmony of focusing on one thought, the flame and nothing else.
