The Mystery of The Body Found High in a Tree
by In a street in suburban Sydney a woman’s decomposing body was found, high up in a tree and it has left police and local residents baffled.
A female body was discovered last week and police estimated that she has been there around New Year’s Day. She was found 30ft up a tree and the police do not believe that she fell from a window from one of the nearby buildings into the tree nor do they believe that the body was placed up there by someone else due to the fact that is would be very difficult to do so.
They believe that she climbed up the tree then die in its branches. A young boy commented to his father that he saw someone in the tree a few months ago. Everybody is wondering who this lady could be.
Other residents said that when they have used the lane way to put out their garbage bins they haven’t seen anyone in or near the tree recently. In the beginning of the month many residents did start to smell something weird but they believed that it was just some decomposing animal like a possum that died nearby.
Miss Danyane Bowing, another resident, believed that this mystery woman walked through her garden around New Year’s Eve and climbed the fence into the tree. She stated that around the fourth of January she started to smell something “dead” but she wasn’t sure about it.
The tree and the fence have been removed because it was contaminated by this woman’s decomposing body.
They are trying to match the body against missing persons but due to the fact that the body it too composed they might not be able to get fingerprints to identify this woman.
She was 5ft 8in tall, long brown hair that was held back with a plastic flower on it and there weren’t any visible tattoos. She was wearing a green hooded jumper, a green singlet top and a three quarter length black leggings.
