Top 10 Tips on Having a Safe Holiday: Part Two

Our festive season has already started and we desire to enjoy the season with fun and excitement.

However, this time of the year does bring with it a load of trouble.

Please take some time to read these tips so you’ll know you and your families Christmas would be safe to celebrate.

This is the 2nd part! Enjoy!

1)   A snowy day isn’t common in this modern age world. But there can be rare weather of this type depending where you live. If so, it might be necessary to go outdoors but keep yourself away from icy footpaths.

2)   There is an increase of robberies during the festive season, so you might need to keep your house more secure. Any wrapped up presents should be kept away from the windows. Also have all the doors locked tightly with security systems on throughout the days and night.

3)   Don’t leave your car while it is running.

4)   Roads might be icy. It is hazardous to drive. Do not risk driving on ice as it could be life threatening. More importantly, stay safe.

5)   Beware of driving after having a few drinks. Many people increase the amount of drinks they conceive at this time of the year.

6)   Whenever having a snowball fight with anyone, enjoy it and laugh all the way. Don’t get serious as it could trigger some trouble.

All in all, just enjoy yourself and stay away from mayhem. Merry Christmas and a happy new year!
