UK Style: Turkey and Trimmings

by Arri London PhD in Holidays, November 24, 2009

A full-out Turkey and Trimmings meal is popular in the UK, although not for traditional US-type November Thanksgiving celebrations. It’s served at Christmas instead. Why limit Turkey and Trimmings to just once a year anyway?

Note: if the chipolatas specifed in the Turkey and Trimmings menu aren’t available, substitute any thin sausage.

This is so *not* the right place for this article. It belongs in notecook.com.

TY. The accompanying recipes are at notecook.com. Triond has a habit of misplacing articles. Repeated requests to get things moved often go unnoticed! It’s a wonder anyone actually earns money. Who would look for recipes at this site??
