Valentine’s Day

On 14th Feb, world will be divided in two category. lovers & loner. Yes and there will be third category of Ignorant. We will ignore this category and forgive them for they do not know what love means and why a whole day is dedicated to lovers. We will only talk about Lovers & Loners.

I was lover once but now i am loner. my wife was lover too but she too is loner now. we live together, share everything, but still we both are loner. Strange! isn’t it?

However strange it may seem but fact is there are more loner then lovers on every valentine day. It is  painful to see loner on valentine day roaming alone , drownning their sorrow and lonliness in what ever way they feel right. But i know how i lost my valentine, how i am lonely now and what i do on every valentine day.

I lost my love because after marriage feeling of ownership crept in my mind, being from conservative background i thought that wife is only as good as the praise other family member bestow on her for keeping them wel fed & happy. She did received the praise from family and friends, but she lost the respect for me, interest in me. why?

Because i never said her that i love her, i never told her that she is doing wonderful job of keeping family intact, I never praised her in front of family.
