Here are some of the most peculiar holidays celebrated in the world!

August:

In Russia late August a festival occurs in which over 200 lbs of tomatos are use in a food fight for exactly 60 minutes!

In India a school annually holds ‘Kids only’ day, where only the kids come to school and not one of the teachers is allowed to come!

October:

In India on October 3rd Husbands are forced to walk through the streets while their wives hit them with sticks, shoes and stones to make them pay for any wrongdoing towards their wives!

During Hitler’s reign there was an official ‘Solemn Day’ If anyone was found smiling that day they would get there lips cut off.
