A Mother of Four Grown Up Children Sexually Defiles a 14 Year Old Boy

In Uganda, the law of defilement is usually harsher against men than the women because the law presumes that it is normally the men who rape, go for under-age girls and commit indecent assaults! However, in the Eastern Ugandan district of Soroti, a mature woman with 4 grown up kids lured a 14 year old boy (minor) to her house and seduced him into having sex with her. The little boy is a primary school pupil who is considered too young to take a mature decisions on matters of sex.

This case was promptly reported to police by residents and the culprit was immediately arrested for sexually abusing the minor. She is alleged to have enticed the boy with some nice food and drinks before winning over the unsuspecting minor to sleep with her.

Witnesses reported that the amorous woman started her scheme by requesting the boy to help fix her leaking roof with grass and other local building materials. It was from here that she bought beer and nice food for the boy to enjoy and in the process, she defiled the minor.

The mother of the boy who was literally in tears asked police to direct  their Doctors to carry out a thorough medical examination on the woman to ascertain her HIV status. Should she turn out to be HIV positive, which is very likely, then she would be charged with aggravated defilement which according to the Ugandan Penal code could attract a death sentence.
