Abdulmutallab is a Stranger to Nigeria!
by The recent bomb attempt on a US airplane by a Nigerian was a result of bad influence and not the habit of Nigerians.

Nigeria has no blame for the action of the Nigerian being held in the United states over charges of terrorism , Nigerian minister of information and communications , Dora Akunyili says.
Mrs Akunyili just echoed the mind of Nigerians with this declaration. Speaking in Lagos on Monday, Mrs Akunyili also stated that Nigerian airports are safe and secure and the government of Nigeria has taken steps to re-enforce the airport security all over the nation.
The suspect, Farouk Abdul Mutalab , flew from Lagos to Armsterdam to Detroit. ‘ he sneaked into the country’ on the 25th of December 2009. Nigeria , according to Mrs Akunyili is not a country associated with terrorism and never in the history of Nigeria as she has been involved in any kind of terrorist activity.
The man in question has lived outside the country for a while. He sneaked into Nigeria on December 24th 2009 and left the same day. The father Umaru Muttalab , who is a responsible and respected Nigerian with a true Nigerian spirit, had earlier reported his activities to relevant U.S authorities. The father has already expressed deep shock and regret over the son’s action.
‘’We want to assure everybody that our airports are very safe, having just passed ICAO security audit and American Transportation security administration audit in November 2009 . However ,in the light of the new development ,we have reinforced our security systems at all our airports. As investigations go on we will brief you further.’’
US security officials told the media on Saturday that Mr Muttalab has confessed to training with an AL-QUAEDA bombmaker in Yemen.
But the Yemeni Embassy in Washington said that: ‘’ we have not yet received any offivial information on the incident. If and when the would –be bomber’s alleged link to Yemen is officiall identified , authorities will take immediate action.’’
He US has already charged Mr. Mutallab to court. In an affidavit dated December 26,2009 , special Agent James peissing of the FBI presented the case to Mr Mutallab as follows : ‘’ That Mr . Mutallab was in violation of the US code Title 18 , section 32 , which is destruction of aircraft or aircraft facilities or the wilful attempt to do so.’’
The affidavit has been deposited before Paul D.Borman , a US District Judge.
