Abuse in Foster Care
Shedding some light on what is really going on around America in a place where children are sworn to be protected. Those stories that you thought were fictional to scare kids are actually so true.
Foster care is a place where children without their families are placed to be loved and to be taken care of. The homes that they are placed in are with families that can provide for them as if they were the child’s real parents. It’s an environment similar to any other family setting. Most have both genders to play the role of mother and father. Not all is what it seems though on the outside.
Most people are blind to the abuse that is really taking place within many foster homes. Stories are beginning to shed light on the scandal that many have been absent to seeing. It’s become so bad that the government is taking action on these situations. Children are supposed to be protected from these problems. Foster care is suppose to be a place where children are placed because they are currently in dangerous situations, not to take a child from a dangerous place and place them in another dangerous place.
Many of these children are placed into foster care for some of the most ridicolous reasons. There have been stories of children being placed into foster care simply because their parents didn’t have a ride to return home right away. Without performing the proper investigations, they revoke these parent’s parental rights and there goes the abuse ready to take place. Young children are vulnerable to these scandals and the problem is that they can’t speak for themselves. These people who are participating in this scandal know that these children are not old enough to speak up for themselves. This allows them to take advantage of the situation and extort the system so they may get money out of the deal. It’s all a conspiracy for money.
There have been horrible stories taking place in small towns all over America. From prescription drugs to re-birthing therapy murders, these are real events that are taking place in our country. Until recently, no one knew about these events until some of these stories started hitting the spotlight. None of these stories are taken seriously though. None of these have ever made the national spotlight that they suppose to make. Children are supposed to be the future. If abusing children in a system that is supposed to protect them not worth national attention, then what is?
Ironically, many children have died in foster care in April, which is Child Abuse Prevention Month. These stories are the only stories that are actually getting the national attention that they are supposed to receive. The internet is starting to shed some light on these stories. It’s only a matter of time before the world realizes how dangerous the people that promise to protect children really are.
