Animal Dentist

British dentist Peter Kertesz usually works on people teeth in his London clinic. but what happens when a lion at the zoo has a sore tooth? They call him for that, too. Dr Kertesz doesn’t only work in England. He has also traveled to Moscow to work on the teeth of wild animals. In 2001, the Moscow Zoo raised a lot of money so that Dr Kertesz and his team could fly to Moscow. There were ten walruses with painful teeth. Unfortunately, one walruses died but the others were fine after there treatment.

Dr Kertesz’s animal career began more than 27 years ago when someone came to see him with a cat. Since then helped elephants, tigers, bears and killer whales!
