Anne Frank: The Horrible Truth

Many people do not realise the world they live in is harsh and unjust. Anne Frank was one of them until the war changed her life.

Anne Frank, like any other teenager, was interestered in boys, school, friends and the way she looked. She never thought that she was going to die and she never believed it.

She was just a school-girl.

A thirteen year old school-girl.

What is wrong with this world? Why do we have to fight and ruin the lives of many people?

I’ll tell you why.

Because of money and power. Thats why. Because it doesn’t matter if you are black, white, Jewish, Muslim, Christian or anything else, if you have power and a ton of money, your in, no one can touch you. You can do whatever you want and get away with it, Paris Hilton is a great example of that.

Money is not the only things that exists in this world, no, I’m not joking. Its not though, you know! Ha! Try and tell that to the snobs of the world. I’m not saying every person who had a bit of cash is a bad person, no, but a great deal of them are. We, middle class, work for our living and enjoy it. I do not work for a living (yet) and to be honest, I do not wish too but it is something I and every other teenager must do.

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie. Two names that the world of celebrities and the famous know well of, not to mention OK! Magazine and People. Don’t we wish for the Gucci and Prada riched wardrobes of these two socialites. Could you imagine the thoughts that rush through their heads each morning, ‘Oh, my poor little Tinkerbell ripped my Gucci bag to shred thats $1200 down the drain, ah well!’. Thank-fully Nicole is finally growing up, well done I say. I have to say, her daughter is so cute. Now all thats left is Paris Hiltons party ways and if that washes over, the world has been set!

They say that a dollar a day to an african child is all it takes but what about us? I know we have more than them, a lot more, but a dollar a day can really work up to something big. I am not being selfish, what I mean is, with petrol prices and bills that rush into peoples mailboxes every month, it can work up to a lot. I give money (leftover change in my purse) to Caritas every couple of weeks, but fishing out money every day can be very frustrating.
