Assurance Wireless Free Phone

Low income people can get a free cell phone with free minutes. Assurance wireless is run by Virgin Mobile.  The cell phone service is basic but is much better than nothing for people that don’t have or can’t afford a cell phone.

You get 200 free minutes a month and a free phone. It has local and long distance, voicemail, call waiting, caller id. If you need more than the 200 minutes a  month you can buy more.

Text messages are 15 cents each. You can call international but more fees may apply.
