Beware! a Cell Phone is a Live Dynamite
Cell phone has indeed changed our life style. Those who do not own a cell are far fewer than those who do. But little do the keepers know that it is a live bomb affecting your health in slow motion.
Beware ! A cell phone is a live dynamite
When I stand at the roadside watching the people moving along, one thing that arrests my attention is their habit of holding a cell phone pressed to their ear and talking away to glory. According to my count, every third person carries a cell phone. Of the remaining two, one keeps the phone neatly tucked inside his trouser pocket hidden from view. The third fellow is a dud who doesn’t know the spelling for cell phone. About ladies? Well, they normally don’t use the cell when they are on the move.
As of now, there are ‘5 billion plus ‘cell phones in use in the world. This figure works out to nearly 75% of the Earth’s population. India’s share is ‘687 million plus’, next only to China, which has ‘842 million plus.’
There is nothing to be proud of and happy about these figures. Incidentally, cell phone is a boon and a real blessing to man kind all right but do you also know that it is a kind of live bomb ticking away inside your pocket? All your internal organs like kidneys, brain, liver and muscles would get affected by the phone’s radiation. The closer it is to your body the greater will be the contamination. Scientists too have certified to this effect.
Here is another scientific finding which spells potential menace to the world. The cell phone radiation affects all the living things around us too, such as bees and birds, besides the human beings .
In the summer season, every Indian home in the tropical zone would be humming with the constant chirps of sparrows. There has been a distinct decline in the population of house sparrows in recent time. Those in India would have noticed it. I have not heard the hum of sparrows in some years around my house. Scientists attribute this to the radiation characteristics of millions cell phones in the atmosphere. Has the sparrow population dwindled down due to cell phones?

Good article, however, there is a fault. It is wrong to say that women normally do not use cell phones while on the move. That must have been a few years back.
