Actor, Charlie Sheen, has reportedly checked himself into the hospital for a psychiatric evaluation after an early morning meltdown at the Plaza Hotel in Manhattan. Charlie Sheen was apparently visiting his ex-wife, Denise Richards and children at the Plaza Hotel on Monday, the 25Th, then decided to go on a bender later in the evening, drinking himself into a violent rage after a call girl reportedly stole his wallet and cell phone. NYPD was called to the room of Charlie Sheen and reportedly found the actor extremely drunk in his trashed out hotel room. No arrest has been made and no injuries were reported. His ex-wife, Denise Richards, escorted him to the hospital after the incident. Another drunken and violent meltdown marking the progressive spiral downward for Charlie Sheen.
