According to the businessman BA brands all men as potential sex offenders and thus humiliates innocent men. He claims that he himself felt that way when on a flight from Gatwick he took with his pregnant wife he was asked in a high voice to change his seat. He was originally seated next to a 12-year-old boy.
Next month court will decide whether this is a case of sexual discrimination and BA should change their policy.
But I can’t help but wonder – didn’t people at the check-in desk know about this policy and couldn’t they have spared everyone the headache?
