Cell Phones in School

This is about a very strange and unexpected effect cell phones have in schools.

Nearly all people believe that cell phones have only negative effects on students in school, and knowing several students myself, I also had that belief. It was only until recently that I realized that cell phones have a very unlikely effect on students and teachers. They help develop thinking and problem solving-skills. Think about it; since cell phones are not allowed in school, how do students manage to have them with them at all times, even during class? I would love to find out how they found a way to text in gym, when gym clothes have no pockets or pouches to hide or carry a phone in. It is a very interesting topic, in my opinion. In addition to this, teachers also need to develop ways to keep up with the new ways students hide phones in order to catch them. This is a very strange but effective example of problem-solving skills at work in our schools, both in and out of the classroom.
