Second degree murder

Definition: Any murder that is not first degree murder is second degree murder.

Example: Mr.X  sees a chocolate bar in a store window but doesn’t have enough money to buy it so he stabs the shop owner, and kills him. Then takes the chocolate bar.

Penalty: Life in prison, Parole is possible after 10-15 years

·         Cho conspired with Jessica to commit murder

·         September 7, 1993 Cho and Jessica murdered Lee and her husband

·         After fleeing Cho accidently runs over Jessica

·         Cho then proceeds to shoot and kill Officer Chan before surrendering to police

·         Cho is convicted of first-degree murder, second-degree murder, and manslaughter
