Choices
Why choices made when one is lonely aren’t always the right ones.

We are unwise when we are lonely.
Our choices are not always wise even when we are not lonesome, but when we are we are even less likely to be wise. Humans need contact, we need to be touched, held, conversed with, treasured, loved, etc. & when we are not we are lonely. Some need these things more than others, but everyone needs & wants attention. You don’t have to be alone to be lonely, nor do you have to be lonely when alone, they are not the same thing. But when you are lonely you are likely to latch on to the first person that comes along to fill the gap, & that person may not be the right one. Hard as it is to do the best thing is to stay lonely until your sure that the person is right for you & your life, &you are right for theirs.
