Christmas Day Terrorist Attacks

on the 25th of December 2009 a Nigerian man was faulted in his attempt to blow up a passenger airliner bound to Detroit from Amsterdam. if the bomb had been detonated it would have killed over 300 passengers and caused absolute devastation. Abdul Mutallab had been on a list that composed of people with known or suspected links to terrorist attacks in the past. But even though this information was past on to the American government they failed to put together the pieces and alloyed him to board flight 253. his father was questioned about his son and this seemed to give out evidence that his son was a terrorist but still he managed to get through airport security with the bomb sewn into his underwear.  the American president Barack Obama immediately stepped up all airport security in the country. And after 9/11 this faulted attack leaves a big shock and a lot of questions in its wake.
