Conservatives, Best and Last Hope for Humanity

All over the world we see strife and turmoil.  Dictators, terrorist, corrupt politicians, and corrupt business subjugate people to unbearable conditions. It appears that Earth is about to implode.

What would happen if we did not allow them to lead us down the road of destruction?  Granted the many systems that encroach on our lives are built and established.  However, do we have to manage our lives according to their influence?

I say no.  In every person lives the spirit of goodness and righteousness.  We do not have to suffer because of them.

Life is not hard. It is correct that we wanted to be something different.  However, the reality of life means we have to work to provide for ourselves.

Several months ago I became aware of a person I have very little respect for in life.  This person was bragging that he had spent the last two years working hard at avoiding getting a job because he was on unemployment.  Now, that he his unemployment was going to run out, he was looking for work, confident he would find work because of all the friends that tried to set him up while he was on unemployment. 

This person is from Mexico.  During his two year unemployment vacation he was living in Mexico.

At the risk of sounding uncompassionate, people like this bug me a lot.  They have no respect for all of us who work hard and pay taxes.

I know that the answer to America’s challenges is people getting back to work.  Neither government nor politicians will provide a solution.  I have written many times that governments exist to administrate government departments and protect the public.

It is not the responsibility, nor obligation of any politician to help you meet your challenges in life.  Our lives are our responsibility.

Somewhere down the line we lost sense of personal responsibility and self-reliance.  I understand the job market very well.  There are few opportunities.  Hiring managers spend their time giving jobs to their friends, family, and/or lovers.

So what.  We either help society improve or contribute to its destruction.  Obama is one person.  The US congress is only approximately 530 people.  Therefore, we the conservative majority is the real problem. To date, Americans have not lost the right to vote, freedom of speech, and the right to support any candidate they want to support.
