Cosmetic Surgery and Enhancement: When Size and Shape Become an Issue

Many men are uncomfortable with their penile size while women worry more about their breast size and shape. Many more people are worried about the shape of their nose, their ears, their lips and many other mundane things and often rush for cosmetic surgery when the real problem is in their mind. Happiness has very little to do with our looks, its all psychological.

Happiness is purely psychological

Enhancing the size of your breasts will not make you happier, having a larger manhood does not solve your relationship problems, the shape of your nose and lips have nothing to do with your ability to kiss or make up. Its all in the mind for happiness is purely psychological.

Diet and exercise are safer and cheaper alternatives

It’s not healthy to go round carrying heavier weight than you should but a liposuction should be the last thing on your mind. You may not be having the perfect look but then need to remember that that perfect look is only in the mind.

Some of those models that we admire are some of the unhappiest people on the planet. They are lonely and miserable; they abuse everything from beer, spirits, to cocaine and to heroine. Aren’t you better than they?

Just eat healthy, sleep well and exercise. How you feel is much more important than how you look for like they say, looks are more often than not deceiving and health is better than wealth.

Going under the knife is dangerous

Doctors are not telling us the truth but if they were to be honest, they would tell us why surgical intervention should be avoided, they would tell us why taking those pills to make our manhood or breasts bigger and fuller or sucking the fats from our waistline and things should be the last thing on our minds. Can they admit this painful truth? They would lose their market if they did, they would lose a lot of money if they were to be honest with the millions of patients that go for cosmetic surgery.

Some people have died under the knife

Some people have died while undergoing surgery; others have been paralyzed while many others failed to achieve their desired looks. Many realized how temporary these remedies were when it was a little too late and had to resort to the long way – Diet and exercise, or simply dressing their body shape.

My take

The size of your breasts should not worry you; they are for feeding your young ones. For those whose manhood is one or two inches, don’t worry, it’s not the size of the organ that matters, it’s not the size of the tool that matters but what you do with it.

Napoleon Bonaparte had one of the smallest penises but ruled the entire Europe at one time. Penile size and breast size can not affect or prevent sexual pleasure and neither do they determine fertility in men and women.

Do not rush into cosmetic surgery or buy a whole pharmacy in terms pills or creams. Just change your mindset and or lifestyle!

Cosmetic surgery done to enhance the breasts have been quite impressive-in my country, the women have gone the extra mile to enhance their butts!

We are all creatures of our social environment. Sometimes the need to look a certain way in that environment can be overwhelming. It is nice to say that looks are not important, but if that’s true then why so much cosmetic surgery? I think it would be better to say that looks are important; they just are not everything. Other things are more important.

Excellent article with good advice. Society puts a lot of pressure for women especially to look good and in turn a lot of women suffer with self-esteem issues because they are always comparing themselves to the models in the magazine. A lot of women claim that if their breasts were bigger they would feel better about themselves. Some men are self-conscious about their size because they know that women prefer big and they worry about whether they will be able to satisfy their woman or not. I can agree with you more. Just change your lifestyle and mindset.

Great article – good advice. It is unfortunate that our society makes value judgments of people based on appearance.

This is a good in-depth look. And yes, society pressures us by making it appear we should all look like models. It feeds on our low self-esteem and causes even greater lack of confidence if we see ourselves anything short of perfection.
But think how boring the world would be if we were all alike. It would be like a a land of clones. No thanks!

Great advice. I will say plastic surgery should be only for those who are injured severely in accidents.

Great article. I would never go for plastic surgery (unless my body gets extensively damaged in some accident). Very few people are so ugly that they would really need cosmetic surgery.

I agree with you that excercising and healthy eating habits are far better alternative.
