Dangerous Global Warming

   What is this mysterious force? It’s manmade. It causes temperatures around the world to rise. It is Global Warming. Global Warming has many causes. Global Warming also has many effects. And there are a few ways to fight Global Warming.

   Global Warming has many causes. One of the many causes are fossil fuels. When burning fossil fuels they release CO2 which is also known as Carbon Dioxide. Carbon Dioxide traps heat. Another cause is the cutting of trees. Trees use up carbon dioxide and produce oxygen. Those are just a few of the many causes of Global Warming.

   Global Warming has many effects. First, scientists say that in 100 years all the states that are in the shore are going to be underwater and all the states bordering the place underwater or the shore. Next, the polar ice caps will melt. Finally, all the animals that live in cold climates will become extinct.

  Finally there are a few ways to fight global warming. First, recycle paper. When you recycle paper, paper companies won’t have to hire tree cutters to cut trees which means less trees are cut which means that more CO2 is used to produced oxygen and less heat is trapped. Finally, try to get less dependant on fossil fuels. If you can’t get less on dependant on them you’ll have to rely on other things soon because scientists say the year 2035 there will be no more fossil fuels.

   Now that you learned about the causes, effects, and a few ways to fight global warming, what will you do? I know that I will make an effort to fight global warming. What about you, what will you do?
