Dangerous Heat in Moscow
by This hot sommer most of tows feel the heat, but Moscow has lot of problems with it.
In the end of July in Moscow temperature reached 40 degrees. Then asphalt began melting so it needed to be watered.
It is epected that heat will be felt until mid-August.
Forrest and peatlands are burning near Moscow and it is worst that fires are comming closer. There is great smog in the centre of city and visibility is very poor (about 300 m). Many of cars driven in fog lamps enabled.
Forest fires covered about 200 thousand hectares. It is same as doubled Moscow. There are about 50 victims. There are about 155 thousand people who are stroggling with flames. Military help extinguish fires with special vehicles.
In 3th of August meteorologists registered new record 34,8 degrees by Celsius (in the shade)
