“Procedures traditional Islamic funeral ceremonies were followed,” he added.
Bin Laden’s body was washed, then placed in a white shroud, which was made into a bag. An officer read a religious text that an interpreter translated into Arabic.
The body was then placed on a plate balanced for the body to fall into the ocean.
One of the 11 U.S. aircraft carriers are always off the Pakistani coast for their aircraft to participate in the Afghanistan conflict.

DNA analysis confirmed: that bin Laden is killed
The announcement was made by a senior U.S. official, reported AFP.
The official confirmed that DNA taken from one of the persons killed during a shootout in a villa north of Islamabad corresponding DNA Ider terrorist.
According to another official who put it all on condition of anonymity, “corresponds to the DNA of several family members of bin Laden. The probability that the DNA (tissue) to be that of bin Laden is at least 99%” .
